Report Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If you have lost your Pacific West Bank Debit Card or believe it may have been stolen, please call us immediately so we can protect you by stopping unauthorized transactions on the card.
During regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), you can call either branch or our 800 number to speak with a banker:

MoneyPass ATMs
We offer nearly 40,000 service-charge-free ATMs coast-to-coast through the MoneyPass ATM network. Use the MoneyPass ATM website to find the most convenient ATM location for you. As of October 31, 2023, U.S. Bank ATMs no longer participate in the MoneyPass network.
